How soon will our Consultants be onsite?

Most Consultants are available to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance although timeframes for Consultant placement can vary based on our current employee base and overall available inventory. Morgan Hunter Healthcare strives to meet your specific needs with the most qualified Consultants. At Morgan Hunter Healthcare, it’s never about a warm body — it’s about the right match!

What is your Consultant qualification process?

Morgan Hunter Healthcare has a thorough screening process for all new Consultants prior to Client presentation:

1. Initial screening by our in-house Recruiters
2. Technical screening by a Practice Director
3. Final screening by your Regional Manager or Sr. Vice President to ensure skill set and cultural fit

We also conduct reference checks prior to hiring Consultants and will perform background checks, drug screening, TB testing, and others as required by the individual Client. These can be coordinated through our office or independently at your discretion.

Does Morgan Hunter Healthcare guarantee client satisfaction?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee Client satisfaction. Our experienced RN’s, Tech’s, Pharmacists, etc. not only understand the applications, but understand the workflows and operations within the Healthcare IT environment. We strive to identify Consultants with the ideal balance of skill and temperament. Realizing that not every assignment is a perfect fit for every person, Morgan Hunter Healthcare will replace a Consultant if you are not completely satisfied. Since 2015, our overall Client base has rated our work at a 4.825 (out of 5.0) on our Quarterly Assignment Quality Assessments.
