What happens when my assignment ends?

Retaining talent is our #1 one priority! As a result, our Recruiters and our Regional Managers evaluate new assignment possibilities a minimum of 60 days prior to a Consultant’s current project end date. We will work diligently on our Consultant’s behalf to ensure long-term employment if they are not extended at their current client site. Our Consultants benefit greatly from this proactive approach to project reassignment and overall retention strategy.
