“I recently embarked upon a consulting career when I joined the MHHC group. I was extremely nervous not only to begin a new consulting position in a completely foreign land (Kansas), but also to work with a brand new company. I have to say from the very beginning everyone involved with this new job transition was absolutely wonderful. As a person who can ask questions endlessly, I was completely comforted by the endless supply of answers delivered with genuine care and concern. I am proud to be a part of the MHHC community and look forward to a future filled with many more questions and answers!”

“The extent of collaboration at Morgan Hunter is amazing. Working within a group of very talented, motivated individuals, witnessing leadership encouraged growth and supporting career path choices constantly reminds me of why I chose this company.”

“Working for Morgan Hunter has me picturing the career I can make with the company. Unlike being lost in the shuffle of a giant impersonal consulting firm, MH is small enough that you are never further than an email or a phone call away from your employer, with the added convenience of a company name that is well recognized among healthcare organizations across the country.”
– M. P.
“As an employee at MHHC, you are not treated as just a number (i.e. consultant 124) like some of the other firms. I feel like I am appreciated and treated as a valuable member of the team. I consider my management team as my friends as they have made the effort to get to know me on both a professional and personal level.”
– J. D.
“I enjoy working for a company that makes quality client assignments for which I’m well-suited and affords me the independence to meet expectations to the best of my ability, while at the same time enabling me to fulfill my personal and family requirements.”

How soon can I start working?
Project availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is completed, you will be considered based on your skills and will be placed on appropriate projects within a timely manner.
What is involved in the interview process?
You will be asked to provide complete work history information, as well as provide a current resume.
Our recruiter will spend time reviewing these items with you to determine your skills and what projects might be the best fit for you. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what specialized skills you have and how to apply them to a project.
Once you have completed the interview, your profile will be reviewed by our Account Management staff, along with the recruiter, to determine a match for any existing or potential projects. There may be a time an Account Manager may want to speak with you to gain a better idea from you about your skills and share information with you directly about a particular project they feel you may be qualified for.
Morgan Hunter performs applicant reference checks. Once placed on a project and an offer has been extended, a background check will be performed as standard process. Certain “health safety” tests may be performed before starting on-site at the hospital system, as part of our clients’ standard operating procedures.
How often should I contact your office after an interview?
Our recruiter will stay in contact with you on a regular basis to keep you updated on progress for potential projects.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered, is it all right to turn it down?
Not every project is going to meet the expectations you have, but we do our best to screen for these on the initial interviews. If you are not interested in a position; you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
What do I pay for your services?
All of our fees are client based. There is no fee associated with being an applicant of Morgan Hunter Healthcare.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
All of our positions are posted on our website, or communication can be through your designated recruiter or applicable Account Manager.
