Project availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is completed, you will be considered based on your skills and will be placed on appropriate projects within a timely manner.

You will be asked to provide complete work history information, as well as provide a current resume.

Our recruiter will spend time reviewing these items with you to determine your skills and what projects might be the best fit for you. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what specialized skills you have and how to apply them to a project.

Once you have completed the interview, your profile will be reviewed by our Account Management staff, along with the recruiter, to determine a match for any existing or potential projects. There may be a time an Account Manager may want to speak with you to gain a better idea from you about your skills and share information with you directly about a particular project they feel you may be qualified for.

Morgan Hunter performs applicant reference checks. Once placed on a project and an offer has been extended, a background check will be performed as standard process. Certain ‘health safety' tests may be performed before starting on-site at the hospital system, as part of our clients' standard operating procedures.

Our recruiter will stay in contact with you on a regular basis to keep you updated on progress for potential projects.

Not every project is going to meet the expectations you have, but we do our best to screen for these on the initial interviews. If you are not interested in a position; you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
