Our Service Process is our methodology for meeting the needs of Healthcare systems throughout the United States. This is a continual evolution and relationship process with our Clients to better understand their individual environments and address their unique needs with our specialized Resources.

Our Account Managers develop and stay in constant contact with our Clients directly and personally. We want to spend quality time with each new Client to better understand their status, current or future needs, and discuss resolution through our Services.

Review Your Needs

The process begins with a Discovery call between you and our Practice Directors. We will establish your project goals in order to provide you with consultants that meet your unique needs.

Align Consultants

After establishing your goals, our seasoned Recruiters will locate a Consultant from our talent network whose skills match your project requirements.

Schedule Client Interviews

We will present you with a number of Consultants whose experience and expertise target your project needs. You will have the opportunity to review each Consultants’ qualifications to determine who you would like to interview. We will coordinate with all parties to ensure the process continues to move forward smoothly.

Provide Resources

Upon your acceptance of a Consultant, we will coordinate the necessary paperwork to make the process as convenient for you as possible. During their time at your organization, we will closely monitor the Consultant to guarantee client satisfaction.
