What is the process for finding consultants through Morgan Hunter Healthcare?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Morgan Hunter Healthcare will thoroughly identify your needs with our Account Managers so we can screen and identify the best possible solution for you. Our Recruiters will search our current Resources and best match their skills, experience, and personalities for your project and client site. For each Resource, we perform background checks and referencing to qualify for our Clients.

How long does it take to secure a consulting resource?

The time frame for successfully indentifying a consultant for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants to best suit your criteria. It’s not about a warm body—it’s about the right match!

What kind of background checks do you provide?

We offer our clients access to candidate references or additional qualification assistance including drug screens, driving record screens, or criminal background checks upon request. These can be coordinated through our office or independently at your discretion.

What if I am not satisfied with a contracted consultant?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our process provides an opportunity for you to qualify an employee and determine if they will be someone you want to contract. If you are not satisfied with a consultant, we can replace them.

What kind of projects do you provide services for?

Morgan Hunter Healthcare is a full service HIS consulting company and we provide resources to assist with implementations in Cerner, Epic, McKesson, Allscripts/Eclipsys, Siemens, and MEDITECH/LSS. By having a broad base of consultants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and feel our greatest resource is our past, present and future employees. The screening process for our applicants allows us to best match their skills and training to your needs. By using a consultant with Morgan Hunter Healthcare, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with a consultant, we can replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs, as well as taking away the stress of recruiting and sorting through applicants for the few, if any, who are qualified. Morgan Hunter Healthcare invests in our own employees by providing training and certification for all of our office staff. We can be a resource to you when major projects overburden your staff, you have staff shortages, or just need to get projects done at a faster pace.
